For the last 2 days I’ve been unable to access any carnage report after the game. When I try to I get a brief glimpse of it followed by “DATA ISSUE: we encountered a problem and couldn’t retrieve your session data at this time.” All other aspects of the game work fine and I’ve tried resetting the Xbox, force closing the game, and resetting the modem. I can’t seem to find anyone else encountering this issue recently.
edit: just noticed I accidentally used the wrong login. Not sure if that matters, but the account I’m expierencing this on is actually AvBETTERvPLAYER
I’ve had this happen where I would get on my account, play for a bit, log off, and let my older brother have a go. Sometimes we get this error too, but you shouldn’t be alarmed. In situations when you’re jumping from one account to another in short order, these instances are to be expected since the game is somewhat struggling to keep up.
There’s nothing wrong going on your end; simply restart your console (and router) and things will be fine.
Thanks. I did a hard reset on the Xbox and unplugged the console. Booted back up and it’s now working.
Happens all the time to me same with req menu aswell etc sometimes even freezes the multiplayer screen trying to get into a match the whole menu interface has been really buggy since day 1
