First, I hate the Arcadia City mission, it actually seems like the game is downhill from there.

But I was wondering, does anyone know if its possible to save Cargo 3? I have never saved it, and have not seen it saved in any walkthroughs, but I was wondering if its possible or is its loss a pre-programmed event.

It is impossible to save. Poor transport 3. :[
