In the making of halo 4 video, when there is about 1 minute and 49 seconds left. The guy who’s talking is in front of a computer with a female Spartan holding a gun. The Spartan looks Kat blue.

You can’t really tell honestly. The only thing that makes it look “slightly” like the sniper rifle is a semi-long barrel. The end closer to the spartan has a curved look to it, so then again it may not be the sniper rifle.
