Apparently we will have a capture device on the Xbone so we can directly upload clips from theatre onto You Tube. Anyone heard anything more about this or is this just a rumor?

As long as you have a gold account you can, but I think the exact duration of a clip may be limited.

We know it records 5 minutes at all times, but you can always just say “Xbox record” and it will start recording. We know the default length of a clip is set at thirty seconds, so that wouldn’t be great, but I think we might be able to alter it. In any case, it will be a great tool coupled with theatre, but not if they cut theatre because of it. That would be terrible.
Also, I didn’t hear it uploads straight to YouTube. Was that confirmed? If so, it’s fantastic.

Really? I thought it was limited to 5 minutes, and that if you are playing and suddenly do something awesome, like get a killtacula or something, you can say a command and have it save the last 30 seconds of gameplay.
You need gold, which I’m alittle upset about, but having that DVR option is pretty nice. PS4 has it to though I think.
They also talked about streaming live to Twitch.

They were never clear about that, you can go and edit 30 seconds out of your last five minutes whenever you want, but I remember them also saying that you can tell your Xbox to start recording manually (I may be wrong, though).
