It’s been a long time since I’ve played this game. I was just wondering if there’s a decent build order for Cutter? Is he a Meta now or not?

Cutter isn’t meta cutter is properly one of the only balanced leaders as a balanced leader you would expect him to be outshined by meta/overpowered leaders
the way cutter is played is the same as always either hero/marine nades or marine and snipes.usually cutter runs more of a supply heavy intensive build. But it also depends on the map for the build order but supply, supply gen is standard some run triple supply with cutter.

Well that’s weird because my build order with cutter was always SP, SP SP, GEN, And barracks. and Upgrade the first to Supply pads.

What’s weird about it? The second one is similar to your build

Exactly. That means that not much has changed with Ol’ Cutter.
