ANYWAY, not sure either.
I am in the same boat. Its easy to cap out everyday with double xp and spops. I get 11900 a match usually, I cap out in under 3 hours. The rank cap is something we all should be concerned with, well, unless you own the LE. All SE players will be rank capped at SR70. I shouldnt have to beat Requiem LASO to unlock more specializations, or play a million matches or any other BS they are trying to put on the consumer. If I buy the game I shouldnt have to worry about it. Couple this with all the other problems this game is having, your looking at losing even the most dedicated fans.
I live in alaska, going outside isnt an option anymore, thats the reason I own an xbox, for 9 months of -Yoinking!- winter.
