capped at level 27

Can anyone tell me why I’ve been capped at level 27 all day, yet a friend of mine just got to 28? I’ve been thinking I’m capped all day but seeing him level to 28 has really pissed me off

I would search next time. There’s a million threads on this and topics move down. There’s a daily exp cap, some people got a bit of expierence in before it reset on launch night, I have a friend that’s level 33, and I even got capped at 24.
