So I redeemed my code that came with the MCC and I still can’t watch any episodes of Nightfall. I just say “coming soon”. Is there something else I need to do? Is this a common problem?

I just watched it from the livestream yesterday. I just barely watched it on youtube I thought it was great!!
Play it from Mcc on extras first, then u can play it from the halo channel 
I also can not watch it. It also says coming soon. When I go to extras it brings me to the channel… Coming soon… Close game and channel go to channel opens game hit play on that… Coming soon…

Me too. It was interesting seeing Locke before becoming a hunter in Halo 5.
Same here - played half of CE and still cant access nightfall - entered code, even done console reset - sigh, no wonder PS is winning the war, every damn game its something or some bug
I Closed out both MCC and Channel then re opened MCC and Clicked it from there, it took me back to channel and i was able to hit play and am currently watching it. Hope this helps
I am angry as hell! they marketed halo nightfall as free for all to see, but now I settle down to try and watch it and it says I have to have played the mcc first? so in order to watch new halo content I must buy a console and game totalling 350 gbp, then 60 gpb on another xbox live subscription because I let my old one run dry, and theeeen I can watch it? I am disappointed and feeling quite depressed, I was looking forward to that!
Hello, So my boyfriend and I were having the same problem; not being able to access the either Nightfall or the Terminals. We downloaded the game like normal and uploaded all the codes required for the Channel and the Skull. We then jumped right into co-op campaign. With BOTH of us playing we were NOT able to access the Nightfall Video or the terminals. After reading everything I could on ALL the Forums here and getting no answers we tried it on JUST SINGLE PLAYER and it worked!!
Play Pillar of Autumn on SINGLE player and you can access the first terminal right after speaking with Keys.
Play ALL the way threw that level, save game and go to Extras, where you will click on Nightfall.
It was able to play for us right after this. I hope that helps and if it does pass on the word so everyone can watch and have fun
I can access it, but the menu music from the halo channel keeps playing over the video… I have no idea why
I was able to watch it on the Halo Channel maybe 18 hours ago but then I happened to check it again and it was listed as Coming Soon. Lots of people complaining about the Second Story stuff that’s linked to the episode only playing in Italian so maybe they’ve pulled it to fix stuff.
We believe this issue has been resolved. Can you all please attempt to watch Halo Nightfall to determine if this issue has been resolved for you?
I just tried to watch - just get a “Buy Halo” message … whether I access from Halo MCC or go direct through Halo Channel. Very disappointing.

Watched the first ten minutes of it, then went to bed. Can’t watch it today i hit play and it goes to a random video.
