Can't watch Nightfall

It says to Buy Halo on one part and add to que on the other. Neither work. I have used all of the codes I received. Yet another bug. I’m so disappointment in 343 right now.

All of the codes? Where the more than one? In my case there was one code for Nightfall witch I redeemed and then it worked. Are you positive that you used the right code?

If you’ve already redeemed your code from the physical copy, try uninstalling the app, power off the console (hold in power button for 8 to 10 secs), switch on and install the Halo Channel app again. Failing that, check some of the other troubleshooting steps that the Forum Team posted here.

And if you have plugged in a capture card to your Xbox One it also won’t play Halo Nightfall. And if that still won’t help you, download Halo Channel on the Windows Store.

Unplug the power supply from the xbox for a minute as well, so it will clear its cache.
