Can't watch nightfall

I bought the master chief collection but when I go to nightfall it say buy halo to watch but I already bought halo

If you have a code that came with your copy of MCC, make sure you have redeemed that first of all.
If that doesn’t work, you can try looking through the support thread that the forum team posted or possibly reinstalling the Halo Channel app (uninstall, restart box, reinstall)
