Cant watch Nightfall

I have the Master Chief Collection but i cant watch halo nightfall, it only gives me the options “buy halo and Details” i have the disk in the disk drive even, why does it still say buy halo, i love halo and really want to watch it

Maybe not the best quality but it dont need the Channel.

yeah but id still at least want to try to get it to work on my Xbox one, it does say on the case that it comes with it so i don’t know why the disk doesn’t work

Try downloading it on a Windows 8 computer or a tablet/smartphone. Halo Channel that is. Also uninstall and reinstall Halo Channel on Xbox One. The game should have come with a redeem code for Halo: Nightfall. Hope this helps, best of luck to you!

Yeah I think the MCC is just broken at the moment, and they’re prolly going in order of importance, 1.Fix MP 2.ix Halo Channel.

Today is November 26, 2014 and I still can"t watch Nightfall. I am still getting the " buy Halo and Details option and the Download The Halo Channel " which I have twice.

What is the problem?

Is there a fix I can do?

Come on 343 get your -Yoink- together.

Didn’t have this problem with " Forward onto Dawn " on the 360.

Don’t worry, you’re not missing much except a long hike on a Halo ring fighting some worms.

If you bought the physical copy of MCC, there is a code on the box that you need to enter before you watch Nightfall. The first episode is free as far as I know, but the rest of the episodes requires use of the code. If that doesn’t solve the issue, try looking over the solutions that both the Forum Team and myself posted in this troubleshooting topic.
