I recently bought the Halo Nightfall: Live Action Series on the Halo Channel App (since I didn’t have Halo: The Master Chief Collection). I put my credit card Info on my Xbox and continued with the purchase, which is normal, no biggie.
After spending the $15, I went to the page and attempted to watch the first episode, and it’s telling me to rebuy it. I brush it off and think nothing of it and direct myself to the Manage Section tab on Halo Channel, but it says it’s installed which is relatively odd.
So I uninstalled and reinstalled Nightfall to see if I would progress towards solving the issue, re-attempted all steps I mentioned above with no positive results.
