So when i try to play Nightfall episode 2 it plays a completely different video. Anyone else experiencing this problem and or know i fix ?
I’m having this problem too. Gotta say, with all the issues Halo Channel is having, I am not too impressed. Just stream it to YouTube or something. I’m tired of this crap…

Halo Nightfall Episode 1 and 2 will not play. It keeps telling me to buy Halo, which I own. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and nothing. I used my Xbox One and I get the same issue. I have even opened it through the game, and it still only gives me the option to Buy Halo, no play button.
Is anyone having the problem where it does not see that you have halo mcc, and it wont let you watch episodes, it just tells you to buy halo… although i already have it??? please help

See my problem is that it will just barely try to load it but just keeps making me watch halo music the legacy no matter what i click. But it doesnt ever ask me to buy halo. Let it be known i have digital copy. And is it me or are these bugs being neglected? Ihavent been able to watch a vid i wanted to watch in 4 days wtf

You have to use the code that came with the disc to play. If you have Halo channel downloaded just go to redeem cod and enter the digits or use the line to camera. Make sure the Halo Channel is not running and you’ll be good.

trying to download the halo channel app just crashed my windows store

This works…apparently i had been able to watch the first episode without realizing i hadn’t used the included code. After i used the code it stopped asking me to buy halo

I used the code and was able to watch episode 1, a week and a half later episode 3 is out and i’m not able to watch 1, 2 or 3.
