when ever i try to watch invasion the seventh episode of spartan ops it redirects me to a forge 101 video or the recent bulletin video

I get randomly sent to stuff sometimes as well.
Also can we have it so that if we’re watching something like nightfall or terminals, its plays the next one in the series after 30 seconds instead of some random championship stuff.
