I feel like I’m the only one excited for this game. Why are you people even in these forums if you’re just gonna say B.S. about everything? I would like only those that are excited for this game to leave comments here. So what if it’s not gonna be exactly like Halo 3? I loved it, but that was in the past and we need to look forward to the future. Gameplay so far looks amazing in my opinion, and we don’t even know the full details about the abilities. Sick of haters. You call yourself “fans”? Fans don’t hate on a game that hasn’t even come out yet!
Im really excited too. I was also REALLY excited about Reach. I stayed up till midenight, bought the game, and played it till morning. 3 days later I realized how awful it was and those months of excitement seemed to be for nothing.
I really dont want H4 to be the same, and neither do the other sensible people who realize that Halo shouldnt have sprint, perks, etc. That is why so many of us complain, because myself and others cannot stand to have another Reach.
Yeah I wasn’t too crazy for Reach either. But at least I got to play it first and then say it was bad. There were so many faults with the game, not just gameplay, but community as well. Only one person in theater, no weekly favorites, and what was the point of having a file share if no one else is able to go in it? If they had all of that fixed I would still play reach just for custom games. Halo 4 definitely needs to bring back the community.
I’m excited about Halo 4. I will never be as excited as I was for Halo 3 when it came out though (being the last in the original trilogy), but I am still very excited… and heck… if these first 2 games in the 2nd trilogy are great I might get super excited again for Halo 6 (if they call it that sheesh.) What blows my mind about all of this is that by the time Halo 6 releases I figure I’ll be in my mid-late 20’s… which means halo will have been a part of 2/3rds of my life… from about 11 to 26-30. I will always be excited for Halo. And because it has been apart of people lives like mine… people get worried about how the next one will be. So I don’t really gripe at people that overreact at the smallest things. I used to do it. You get a little more chill about things as you get older though… so i’m just cruising along until this game comes out.
Still super excited though.
I never get excited for games too much, but this, this game just by watching those 20 seconds of gameplay. Cant wait for more.
The anticipation is killing me. I honestly wish i could play H4 right now.
> The anticipation is killing me. I honestly wish i could play H4 right now.
ME TOO!
FINALLY i positive thread i am SOOOOOOOO excited for halo 4 its all i think about lol
Your not the only one trust thats excited for this game… People comment on the youtube videos all the time saying they’re excited for it… Halo 4’s hype is big and it will get bigger as more info is released and maybe its not seen on the forums but lots of people are picky on these forums and they think the game should be created in there eyes… People need to remember its 343’s game and they can do what they want and we need to trust them that they will make the right choice which they will…
SO EXCITED FOR HALO 4
I’m sick of people confusing the word ‘fan’ with ‘sheep’.
The ‘sprint haters’ care just as much if not more about halo than the ‘pro sprints’.
You follow no matter what, you don’t care what, when, how, why, or who does anything to halo. You’d play cod black ops 2 with a halo skin on it, and frankly… it disgusts me. You probably care more about campaign than multiplayer, and while I’m not going to argue that now… it disgusts me too.
I used this simple analogy in a previous thread and I’ll post it again for you sheep.
Assume your a huge Pepsi fan. One day Pepsi changes the product and it tastes like literal piss. You should (by your logic) still drink and love Pepsi, because once upon a time they made good soda.
Your logic is flawless.
Don’t even in the slightest act like your a bigger fan than me because your “pro change”. I can 99% guarantee i have put more time into, will put more time into, and have been a better all around fan than you. I don’t agree with every change thrown in my face just because i like a series. Neither should you, sheep.
By the way, stop saying “change” in the first place. Sprint was in halo reach?
You know how many ‘fans’ have told me to adapt or go play halo 3? Well guess what, go play Galo : Reach.
For the record, I’m quite literally counting the days until I make you rage-quit matchmaking.

What the f- are talking about? lol. You’d be a prime example of a hater. Just stop playing video games in general, please.

yes you are A-hole
I liked Halo 3 because it was fun. I would love to see Halo 4 to be as fun. Sounds like a certain someone needs release some steam out their noggin.

Well said as usual mate.
Seem’s i’m no longer a fan since i refuse to blindly love Halo 4, i played the original trilogy to the death and then some! but was severely disappointed with Reach and hoping that Halo 4 does not become Reach v2 so therefore i am not a true fan anymore!
The OP is sick of haters? oh right because we want Halo to actually be Halo this time? we have concerns and we will express them in any manner we see fit.
Well in that case, i’m sick of blind sheep.

WHY ARE IN THESE FORUMS THEN???
I’m unexplainably excited for Halo 4. But the forums are getting bland so I spend my time playing old spiderman games.
That’s the spirit!

I could ask you the same thing.
