Who is mainly buying an xbox one just for the new halo i know i am. I got the ps4 the day it came out i will be playin destiny on the ps4. Microsoft hasn’t talked much about the new halo but i think they got surprises waiting for us and i think it will be better than destiny. New gen means new limits new halo how can anything beat that

Same here. There just aren’t enough Xbox One games that can keep me away from the beauty of Halo 4.
if halo 5 is good im buying the xbox one. but if its not im going ps4. destiny is what im really looking forward to and is on both systems so if microsoft wants me to buy their console halo 5 will really have to bring it.
Yea, im waiting for the Bundle too.
And, if Halo 5 just doesnt spark my interest, i still have other games to play on the new Xbox.

How true, my man, how true. But its adaptation to what gamers want. Play a game for a month, quit and buy the next one. Lasting value doesn’t matter.
Didn’t buy the xbox one purely for any specific game and regarding halo 5 I shall wait a week or so and see what others think about it before considering buying the game.

I didn’t get an Xbox One specifically for Halo 5. I got mine for the many Xbox exclusive games that I’m interested in. Of course I’ll still likely get Halo 5 (unless it looks like it’s gonna be another Halo 4), but right now my hype level for the next Halo is pretty close to zero.
Absolutely I’m waiting. I have about 10 reasons I’m choosing the X1 over the PS4, not only that but I’m also waiting for a Halo edition.

I dont understand. You even said destiny is on both consoles… Why not destiny and halo?!? (even if it is another halo 4… it is halo) I dont get it man. There are a lot of other cool games coming to the xbox one. You guys are like Halo is the only great game.

I cannot wait and it grows worse with each passing day because I know we’re going to be hearing more - a lot more - very soon.
The only video game I play is Halo, so I’m not in a rush to buy an XB1. Unless Halo 5 disappoints in the extreme, I’ll probably buy the console once it is released.
The Halo LE console should be a matte gray like Forerunner tech. Only when you turn it on, areas/outlines/whatever light up like Forerunner Hardlight.
I don’t buy consoles for a single game, I don’t like dropping $500+ for a console to play a single $60 video game, I find that to be a complete waste of money.
But I am getting Xbox One, as well as Halo Xbox One, but I’m mainly picking up the Xbox One, so I can play some of the new multiplayer games that are on the Xbox One with my friends who have the system, and a few other reasons. BUT not solely for Halo.

There no evidence the new halo will be bad, there is more evidence that HX1 will be good. The odds may indicate that it may be bad if you look at the popularity of all halo but there is no evidence.
1080p, 60fps, hiring professional players to help with map design, more employes to help with the game, next gen system means a lot more power to work with, dedicated servers, community feedback is being well received, epic forerunner machines in the trailer, ex bungie writer works for MS now, 343 now understand how to make a halo game now, Microsoft is making halo a top priority now.

We are also getting exclusive tv shows as well… I’m probably the only one excited about this lol

same here, except i always get excited for a new halo but after halo 4 im skeptical and gonna wait for the details to decide whether its a purchase or a rent. it is getting old not really knowing anything about the game.
I got my 360 for the sole reason of halo. Didn’t get my new one for halo. I personally didn’t like halo 4. I got my one because, although the ps4 is a good console, I dont like the way playstation feels. It is the title on the top of my list to get though.
