they gave us an unacceptable out of the box game, the fact that we are still here even bothering to request a title update is way more than they deserve
yes, it’s very similar to this little scenario that i’ve mentioned before…
• if a baby cries for milk, and the parents tells the baby that they have to walk over to the counter to prepare it, will the baby stop crying? no.
if you ask 343i for an update, and they respond we’re working on it, will you stop complaining? no.
• if a baby cries for milk, and the parents don’t tell the baby that they’re going over to prepare the milk, will the baby stop crying? no.
if you ask 343i for an update, and they’re working on it without telling you, will you stop complaining? no.
at the end of both scenarios, the baby will get the milk aka update. the baby does not understand or know that it takes time to have it properly prepared and ready for feeding.
well selfless scenario 1 is much better than the second one

bwahaha!!! ransom, i see you everywhere on these forums complaining!!! i really don’t know how to live a life of negativity like you haha. seriously man, halo is just a game; a fun virtual game. how spoiled can we be before we realize how pathetic it’s become.
look at phones for example, people back then use to carry a brick and didn’t mind using it. now people are saying a 3.7" screen is too small, 4.43" screen is too big. get the picture? learn to laugh man =D
why do you keep making post defending this game? if you really enjoyed it you’d be playing it and not on the forums telling people who are upset that this game in still in beta stage.
i don’t think a title update can save this game at this point 343 hasn’t given us nothing to go on game dying fast from 400k to 75k in 3 weeks no halo game has never done that in 3 weeks i think we have spoken.

I’m just saying give 343 a chance. If you don’t think 343 will or are capable of fixing the game then explain to me why your even here? If you already think 343 killed halo and its unfixable then what exactly is the point in wasting your time coming to the forum to complain?

one of the other threads mentioned a few factors that comes into play.
- there are different servers, so each server varies
- the population count doesn’t include people playing solo in campaign or spartan ops.
- all the other halo games included everybody, but not halo 4.
so who knows for sure, all i know is 343i is experimenting and i’m glad that they are. give them all the time they want, in the end, they’ll come out with better results.

Halo will never be what it was. Why do you think bungie bailed. They moved on to bigger and better things. With cod being multiplatform halo will NEVER beat it. Unless of course halo goes multiplatform which will never happen.
Also, halo 4 is #2 most played game on Xbox live right now. How could it achieve that placement if it was dying?

i still get the same enjoyment/feeling as i did back in halo ce. well, at least when my friends and i throw a lan party =D. it’s the same ol’ halo i knew and loved back then, it’s just a few things that has changed. but halo is still there imho.
bungie left because they’ve been working on destiny for quite some time. i can’t wait to try it out!!!

soo basicaly there is over 500k people playing on the other servers and on the solo campaign right??
“give them the time they want” sure lets do that i’m sure game stop will enjoy that more then 343. you must like to buy products that aren’t complete it seems.
