Can't view Spartan Ops episodes!!! Help!

I’ve looked everywhere online and can’t find anyone else with this issue. When I try to watch a cutscene from spartan ops, nothing happens. It won’t let me watch them, but it will let me play them. I’ve watched episode 1 and 2 in the past, so I don’t understand what is going on. I cleared the cache on my Xbox, but that doesn’t seem to have done anything. Anyone have any ideas???

I have the same problem!!Everything reset with the new update…i found it annoying but didn’t mind reseting my loadouts and armor…but I can’t view the episodes either. No idea what to do…

Same issue after applying the update today.

Same issue here. Tweeted waypoint twice and no response from them.

if you download the waypoint app on 360 u can watch them there

guess i’ll download waypoint and view them there. Strange they can’t fix this and others aren’t complaining on forums about it

I’m still struggling with this too, I can watch them here on waypoint on my comp, but cannot view them on my Xbox. If anyone knows what is going on, please let me know,

It’s still happening for me. It has been going on for a long time now. I eventually just buckled and watched them on YouTube.

I have found out why this has happened to us its because we or at least me has the Xbox 360 slim 4gb edition and you need a hard drive to watch them trust me that’s what is wrong I tried clearing system cache I tried many times deleting and redownloading everything and that’s the only case because try to go theater and watch a film it will tell you can’t so we have to go on eBay or go to bestbuy GameStop etc and buy a 250 GB hard drive which carrys around to 50$

2 things i want to point out.

  1. Do not revive old threads.

2.It shoulndt even be possible for you to play Halo 4 if you only have the 4gp edition.
