Can't View Req's And Can't Connect To Games :(

I keep trying to get into a Halo 5:Guardians match, and for some reason it keeps disconnecting me and I can’t view my requisitions. I already check my connection, there’s no problem and 0% packet loss. I can’t even view my friends playing this game! Can anybody give me some troubleshooting tips? I just bought this game with the special edition bundle and waited ages for it to download. pls help

This might help. Do a hard reset. It just clears the cache.

Its not halo, it’s XBL. Core services are not working for some.
