Cant view redeem code on XBox Live

So, I received a code for a free month of XBox Live around Jan-Feb due to the issues with the MCC. However, the code was sent to me on XBox Live and two disinterested Microsoft representatives just told me to reach out to you guys since “they have no record of the message and would not be able to resend previous messages”. They then directed me here.

My gamertag is Ugzilla. Please send the code to my email address and make good on this guys.

Hi there, not sure why xbox support sent you over here as there is no one, unfortunately, that can help. 343 doesn’t have access to gamer accounts or billing info. I’ll link a support forum below, I have a feeling that’s where they should have directed you. If you make a post there someone will be able to help you out :slight_smile:
