Cant view my service record or profile on Waypoint

I am signed into my brothers account because of the issues that I am having with my main account (iStarFox Xks)

I can successfully log into waypoint, BUT I can NOT view my profile, service record, settings or company stats. Everytime I try to view these pages I get a message saying “Oops Something is missing here on our end.” And it has been liked this for a week now.

Halo Waypoint can you please fix this? There seems to be a corrupt connecting between my gamertag on xbox live and Halowaypoint.

I might know what caused it. The other day I was looking into changing my gamertag, I was at the very last step (payment) but decided not to change my tag so I never accepted nor did I pay. Well ever since then I have had issues with waypoint. Maybe that process corrupted the link between my tag and halowaypoint.

Can this issue please be attended to? The issues are on my gamertag “iStarFox Xks”
Not on THIS account (AugustRush) I am only using this to post my issue. Because with iStarFox Xks I am also not allowed to post in the forums. I keep getting a errormessage saying “You have reached the maximum amount of posts.” And that cant be possible because I have never posted on forums.

I’d maybe clear your browser cache just in case. Possibly it was just a server error

Hi, this is iStarFox xks. I was speaking to you under my brothers tag (augustrush) Yes it is working now but only because I paid xbox 10$ to change my gamertag. I didnt change the name. Just the Upper and Lower casing on it. And that seemed to fix the problem but I wish it would of fixed before I dished out any $$$. Is there anything I can do for a reimbursement or something? :-/
