Can't view carnage report not getting xp

After every game I am not able to level up I am already lvl 9 but I am unable to see my online stats or anything help!!

Im currently having the same issue, was trying to play my placement games in the SWAT playlist…i’ve played 8 games total, all wins…only 3 counted and granted XP to me.
