Can't verify email

First time setting up the Notification Email in the Settings, but I don’t receive any verification email. Tried hitting “Reset Verification Email” multiple times. Tried in Chrome/Firefox/IE. I did notice an old thread mentioning that this issue was fixed. But I think its still there.

Edit: Oh yes, I did check the Junk/Spam folder.

Web settings were resolved, but email settings are still in the process of being fixed:
