So i get in warzone today and everything’s going A-OK we’re killing elites taking back the core and then we get Level Two Reqs available so naturally i go to get my suppressed assault rifle when i notice it wont give it to me, i keep clicking on it trying to get it and it wont work so i tried other variants of the assault rifle and still nothing and then when we got to level three i couldn’t get the battle rifle so i got upset and quit i turned everything off rebooted the game and tried again and got the same problem but decided to play through the game because i needed the req points. as we we’re taking the enemy core that’s when i finally noticed everyone at level 8 or 9 reqs were still using assault rifles and pistols it wasn’t just me it was busted for everyone (i’m not gonna lie it brought me some relief others were getting pissed too) my question is whats wrong with the servers cause that’s what the problems got to be ever since the Prophets bane thing came it seems to have messed up the servers. this being said this is a big problem because its broken honestly one of the few good things in halo 5. i’m honestly just bringing this up cause this seems like a big thing that 343 should get on fixing i mean i feel like this never would have happened if they didn’t implement the Prophets Bane pack into the game the reqs packs in general are already stupidish but that’s a rant for another day and i’m getting off topic please 343 admins or whoever fix this problem
A hard reset of my Xbox did the trick for me(holding the xbox power button for 10 seconds when the system is on). Also, a friendly tip, if you are unable to access boosts/REQs in the playlist menu or see “Retrieving Data” , you might want to avoid going into a warzone game until fixed. Cheers
