Can't use REQs at all, buy packs or see collection

Ever since I downloaded the update, I can’t use the REQ store or look at my REQ collection. It just says “Retrieving Data” forever. I can play games, but everyone’s emblem just shows up as the default one. I can’t look at anything postgame because it also just says “Retrieving Game Data”. This really sucks as I just can’t play the game fully. It was like this yesterday and has not gotten any better today. Is this happening to anyone else/does anyone know of a fix? Thanks!

P.S. I played a game of Warzone and I can’t use REQs. Stuck with the assault rifle the whole time. Help!!!

What you may need to do here is delete the update or the entire game and reload it. I saw a couple other people having the same issues and that fixed it for them.
