Can't use custom loadouts!?!?!?!?

I havent had this problem till today, but it is VERY frustrating!!! After about 1-2 deaths into a match, im reverted to SR1 in all my games, Which means i have NO custom loadouts, NO emblem, and NO armor mods…It’s very frustrating to unlock all these new loadout guns and skills, to be FORCED to use the 2 default classes! and im getting tired of restarting my xbox to use my custom loadouts for not even half a match.

WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED!!?!?
