Can't upload DxDiag on the new insider site

Hello

I have significantly upgraded my PC and therefore need to upload a new DxDiag to Halo Insider. However, on the new Halo Insider site, whenever I try and upload the file I am met with a blank page that says “site.error-500.description” - every single time.

The problem is that I removed the old file in an attempt to upload the new one, and now there is no DxDiag file at all on my account so presumably I am not part of the pool for Insider selection at the moment.

Halo Support said they don’t know how to fix it. Has anyone here experienced this and did you find a solution?

THanks yeah I should have been more clear. I meant did anyone find a fix for it that had experienced the problem. Cheers

I didn’t see any solutions offered in two threads, but didn’t look through the other threads in search in that third link.

Yeah I took a look, I did search earlier and didn’t see any solutions I was just hoping someone that maybe found one would see the post. Ah well, thank you though. I created a ticket.

I had the same error with the dxdaig as it wouldn’t upload my new computers specs. However I was able to reupload the original dxdiag of my old computer, so I wonder if the dxdiag software has been updated making it incompatible with uploading to halo waypoint.

It still no solution? I have the same problem : (

Same problem here.
I tried deleting cookies and cache but that didn’t help.
