Can't update "There was a problem with the update"

Ok so, new update has been released some time ago, but it seems i can not download it.

When I start Halo it says it needs to be updated, so OK it puts me back on dashboard and start checkign update then the screen comes out:

"There was a problem with the update
Halo The Mater Chief Collection needs an update but something went wrong. For help, visit www.xbox.com/xboxone/update/help."

But of course, I can not find a single sh*t on xbox website support and support is just telling me: “Have you tried restarting console, have you tried reconnecting to the internet, bla bla bla”

Yes I tried everything and I can not update the game.

So… What’s the catch?

Try turning off your xbox completely (not in instant-on mode) unplug it for like 10 sec, then plug it back in.

Try a hard reset (hold the power button until the console turns off)

Same problem here!!! So upsetting.
Any one have a fix yet?? Did a hard reset, also I did their diagnosis they have on the website with no luck. Also tried it at a friend of mines house… Nothing.
