when i try to unlock the nameplates it won’t give them to me even when i do the requirements. why is it doing this i noticed this happening as far back as the yapyap update. can someone help?
The nameplates are manually granted. If you didn’t get the nameplates, that means you either didn’t meet the requirements or their tracking system didn’t think you made the requirements for whatever reason.
well i played more than enough for the yap yap update and i heard you need to play 5 matches to unlock the first nameplate and then 15 to unlock the other. i played over 5 already and still nothing… its not the first time i have had trouble with mcc. but luckily my other problem i posted about got the attention of a 343i employee which is cool. so who knows maybe ill get lucky again and maybe there is something they can do to help me.
I don’t think the newest ones have been granted yet, but maybe tomorrow they’ll start releasing them.

You got to wait they granted manually check your nameplates go to, Player ID, then to nameplates, scroll down to see if you have them
