I have almost completed my collection. But now that I am only a couple armors and helmets away, I can NOT unlock them. I’ve grinded for days but every Bronze, Silver, AND Gold packs that I purchase won’t give me any unlocks what so ever. Please, it’s frustrating to have set a goal since the games release and not be able to see it through.

What exactly are you missing? A few items aren’t in the regular req pool and required you to purchase specialty packs, achilles of course, and quite a lot of the emblems are locked behind commendations.
Some require you to buy the HCS packs in order to get skins/ emblems and armours. However some HCS packs have been discontinued.

because Armour like helio skrill for example require you to beat every campaign in mcc on legendary so might need to do something like that

I am missing the Halo: Reach throwback helmets, Achilles, Athlon Champion, and Challenger armor sets. As well as a number or Emblems and Weapon Skins (ranging from Rare-Legendary). If I have to buy the Armors from pack that are discontinued does that mean I’m just S.O.L.?

The reach helmets are in the ‘classic helmets pack.’ If you want to purchase it (or any of the specialty packs that are still available) you can do it from the Microsoft store.
Champion and challenger: One was a one time gift for watching the HCS finals live; the other is in a specialty pack.
The weapon skins are likely the HCS team skins/red, white, and blue contender skins and are from specialty packs. (Though I think that a couple of teams have disbanded and are no longer available.)
Achilles requires you to join a spartan company (that doesn’t already have it) and complete the spartan company kill commendations (which take quite a while.)
The emblems are likely locked behind your personal commendation progress. A list of emblems and how to get them is here.
