Achilles cannot be gotten in a regular req pack, you have to earn it through spartan company achievements, HCS pro skins and athlon armor and helmet are only available through special PAID FOR req packs as well
Achilles: Spartan Company Kill commendations (takes a while)
HCS Skins: From special HCS packs that you can no longer get.
OpTic Gaming, CLG and EG skins: From OG, CLG and EG REQ packs.
“Beta” emblems: Played the game in the beta, got to max rank in the beta.
