Can't Unlock 100% Vehicals

Question: I can’t unlock 100% of the vehicles - I have 4 mongoose low levels that will not unlock. Any suggestions?

These are in bronze packs. you have to buy 7 to 10 bronze packs to get one unlock. I did not have these, don’t care to have them.

I thought silver should have unlocked them…

You would think that, but nope. Bronze packs.
