Can't Uninstall Halo INIDER

Hi, so the Halo insider was removed from my account on steam after it ended, but I can’t find it in my library to uninstall it now, how would I go about removing it? Thanks

When the flight concluded a 2MB update was sent out on Steam that uninstalled the flight build leaving just small placeholder files; assuming you have automatic updates enabled it should’ve removed itself.
If not you should be able to go in and remove the files manually:

  • Head to wherever on your computer you have Steam installed - Go to Steam - SteamApps - common - You should find a folder titled ‘Halo The Master Chief Collection Flighting’, which you can delete

It’s still showing up on “Programs and Features” and won’t allow me to uninstall.

Yeah I’m having the same problem,
I can find and locate the steam folder “Halo The Master Chief Collection Flighting” in Steam - SteamApps - common just fine.

But deleting the 17gb folder will not remove the uninstaller in add or remove programs.
When I attempt to uninstall (deleting folder “Halo The Master Chief Collection Flighting” or not makes no difference) it loads steam bootstrap, with steam showing an empty page.

Had the same problem. It’s caused me to have to reinstall the ENTIRE MCC on my pc. Super annoying. And in my case it’s on the current flight.

Closing this off as the flight has now ended
