I changed my GT last week to “Reazzyy” (obviously) and ever since then I am unable to turn in completed custom challenges ahead of the 3 hour time limit. At the bottom (after you click on the challenge) it say’s the challenge was “Created By: BRAAZE” which was my old GT… Just curious as to when or if my new GT will synch up or not?.. Also, I changed my Windows Live ID as well…
I would contact an Admin for something like this, I have had a friend change his gamertag as of late and it has yet to update for him either.
bs angel would be your best bet.
Not really sure who I would go about contacting really… I only check these forums when the MLG forums get boring or I feel like catching up on some new things
Any idea who I’d talk to about this? Seems like a glitch in the system that should be fixed.
I DO get the credits, but I have to wait the 3 hours before they go to my account… Rather than being able to just turn them in and redo the challenges…
EDIT:
Sorry, didn’t see the referral of BS Angel until just now for some reason. I’m half blind ha.
I had the same issue, no solution was found that fixed the issue. It only corrected itself when I switched my gamertag

Here is a trick I did that always worked. If you have google chrome right click on the turn in button and click inspect element. Then a window will pop up and you will see the words " Blue button disabled" to enable it delete the script “disabled” and type in “enabled”. and then you will be able to turn it in. Always works 100% of the time!

You can do it with FireFox, too. Wish I knew about that earlier…

To do it in Firefox you’re going to want to download something called Firebug, then it’s pretty much the same thing as he explained.
Me too. but i didn’t change my gamer-tag.

If you have a newer FF without Firebug, you can use Ctrl + Shift + I, but the process of selecting the button afterward is a bit different.

Hmmm, I can just right click to get ‘inspect elements’. Though editing it to enabled takes an additional step

Okay - we think that we corrected the issue. You should once again be able to turn in after you have achieved or exceeded the target number for your challenge.

Hey, I changed my gamertag a while ago(like a few weeks ago), and I’m still having this issue.
I am bumping this, I am in the same situation.
Same, changed gamertag.

How long have you been waiting?

15th this month. My rank keeps changing back to recruit. It worked ok yesterday. What is the normal wait for it to fix itself?

It’s 2012-04-12 and I’m having this problem right now. I can’t answer if its cause of my gamertag ( I havent messed with it)…but the “turn in” button highlights but nothing happens when i click it. I tried via my ipad first on safari, now on chrome and on firefox.
