Well you read the title so you get the idea. When I go to my challenges section on this website when I have completed the requirements for the custom challenge the option to turn-in the challenge remains dark and when I click on it nothing happens. I do know, however, that I can turn in custom challenges on the Halo Waypoint application on the xbox 360. So, I am basically sharing this website error that doesn’t allow me to turn in challenges on the web.
I experienced this problem on both windows xp and windows 7. The browsers I have used is the newest Firefox and IE.

When making a new post there or after this one has been moved, make sure to provide your browser and software version it is on.
Both of these would greatly help your problem as many reports of this have occurred before.

Apple software AKA SAFARI BROWSER doesn’t run the Custom challenge options. Down load Fire Fix if u don’t have it and it should work. I had the same issue. It also doesn’t show up on the iPod or iPad either.
PS: iPod and iPad: They won’t run Fire fox browser…

Actually, it does. I’m on an iPad right now. I use the iPad to create custom challenges. The key is to hold the iPad horizontally, no vertically. I have a few friends that have a similar problem. I wonder if the OP is using windows vista. For some reason, waypoint does not like vista. Windows 7 works fine.
I’m running vista, it isn’t the OS as much as it is the version of IE. download IE9 and all should be well. Before I did that I couldn’t even go into custom challenges to create them.
If you have iPhone/iPad, download the Halo Waypoint app. Creating/turning in challenges is a piece of cake. (and much quicker).

I updated my post to include the OS and browsers I have experienced this problem with. Also, if a mod reads these they can move this thread to the Halo Waypoint forum.
Yea I still can’t turn in challenges on this website always need to do it on the 360 and then reload the game.
