I completed my set of challenges, but I can’t turn them in.
I think it’s due to me changing my gamertag three days ago.
I changed my gamertag from Mono Rages to Monopoly.
At the top of the screen it says Monopoly.
But when I go to turn in a custom challenge, the gamertag shown is my old one, Mono Rages.
Please help the site update my tag, or whatever. It’s been three days.
As far as I know, turning-in only allows you to make new challenges while waiting for your old ones to payout.
Clear your browsers cache and cookies, delete & recover your gamertag on Xbox LIVE and then re-try all of it.
Should fix the problem.
