I can’t do Thrust-Slide. I tried to do it in every way, I have toggle crouch off, I tried to slide right after the thrust, it didn’t work, I tried it in the middle of the thrust, it didn’t work either. I don’t know what to do, I’m playing halo 5 forge on pc, tried both with mouse and keyboard and controller and it still doesn’t work. Maybe some wrong settings? Maybe reinstall the game? Even though I can’t do it, when I’m in the game, other players can.
I remember it taking me a while to nail, the timing seemed very specific at first but now the slide windrow seems quite wide and forgivable.
Make sure your are sprinting long enough before thrusting, that’s the first thing.
Then make sure you don’t slide to early, the slide comes pretty late after thrusting. There’s a real flow to it.
I assume you are watching YouTube vids to learn the combo?
Sounds like they’re may be a wrong input… I don’t know.
It still doesn’t work, I swear I tried it in every way, it’s like this was an option and it was turned off, the game just won’t let me do it.
