I have been on chat support with Microsoft for two hours and they couldn’t help me.
Despote all the troubleshooting from trying different xbox’s and accounts to a factory reset.
I open the game and it says trouble syncing account. I can’t play online services.
I can play solo campaign but all my stats and gear have gone.
ive been experiencing this problem for over a week and can’t fix it or pin down the problem. Please help
Try resetting Alternate MAC Address in system network settings on your Xbox One. That generally solves any one-off problems I have.
