Can't submit a ticket and I can't play.

When I go to load into a bot match the loading never finishes despite fast queue times and then it spits me back out to the menu. Sometimes the firing range works sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve tried reinstalling twice, verifying files on steam, changing all manner of settings, and signing in and out of the profile. None of these work. I’ve tried tweeting at halo support account, opening a ticket on the support site yesterday only to have it not be found again, and can no longer submit a ticket. I’m really at a loss of what I’m supposed to do. I’ve been trying to play since the 29th and this issue persists.

I am having a similar issue with trying to submit a ticket for the Halo Infinite Flight.
All of the links and sites are down.
Seems like something went seriously wrong in reporting. Maybe they have enough feedback and have intentionally shut them down.

When a flight reaches the end of the schedule (which is when the flight is shut off) then the game files are basically removed from your PC, along with your access to Halo Insider Support being revoked. If you have any tickets left that you need to submit, likely unless you encounter them again in a future flight they are most likely invalid by now.

As of 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM EST August 2, 2021 the Flight and Insider Support site have been closed for this test.
