After the latest update I have to search for players after every match. The game just won’t keep me in lobby. Is it happening for everyone or just me?
I’ve been playing Halo since xbox live came out. This game launch is a complete failure. This is coming from a Halo fan from the get go. Yes they will get it fixed. When I dont know. But, again, Halo has been iffy since Bungie bounced.
This is working as intended. They changed it in the last patch, it’s supposed to help keep groups together. Read the patch notes.
I’m getting the same problem. It’s ridiculous. It keeps disconnecting me from my friend’s lobby. And with a six hour time difference we don’t get to play that often anyways…

So, they tried to solve an issue by deliberately creating another? That doesn’t make any sense.

Classic halo 2 worked this way. You always had to search again after a match. The problem with this is you can’t stay in the post game together and talk smack like you could in halo 2.
This is ridiculous. Just because it is “consistent with previous Halo titles” doesn’t mean it should be done now. If I had a really good game with a crew, then I want to continue playing with that crew. I do not want to be taken back to the menu screen and have to start from scratch again. It is going to be difficult for me to continue playing this game if this continues.
Agreed that it needs a stay with crew option.
I totally agree, I think they should set it up like Call of duty because one I’m tired of not being able to play with anyone in a party and 2 searching for a new match every time after a game it’s really time consuming! Please fix these Problems!
Right, that’ part of what makes Halo multiplayer fun; finding a few good players and having a great session together. It severely diminishes my enjoyment if I have start from scratch each game.
I’ll take it a step further too. I’ve always wanted a “rematch” option. Same teams, same map, 100% of players must vote “yes” for it to occur.
It’s just insane to me that something even this small can’t be done right. I have a hard time believe that anyone who makes any of the decisions at 343 even played Halo back in the day. We should not have to deal with this lobby issue. This should be obvious to them. The friggin game takes long enough to find players as is. Now we have to do it every 10 minutes?? Get your stuff together 343. Halo 5 is sounding less and less appealing everytime I play this game.
