Can't start multiplayer lobby

This is all I’m seeing when I try to connect to Arena, Warzone, or Custom Games. On the off chance I do get a lobby to open, trying to join someone else reverts me to this error message for a few minutes. Co-op campaign lobbies are kicking myself and others. We had 4 in a campaign level with a 5th for AI after rejoining from a kick. After I rejoined, I was rubberbanding into a wall, unable to move.

The servers are messing up. Did someone trip over a cable?

Many people having same issue. I hope this gets figured out today. Makes this doubles playlist kinda difficult when I can’t form a party.

spent two hours today trying to get this resolved from opening ports on my router to speaking with myISP still no solution. MS sent me here! haha they say they don own the problem the game dev does!
