Can't start any games...

So I recently bought this game with a shiny new Xbox One S!

After waiting for the game to download, I’m able to start it with no issues.

However, whatever game mode I select, spartan ops, campaign, custom games, the game will show the countdown timer, countdown to 0, then stay stuck on the menu!

The only option I have then is to press B to cancel the timer.

I’ve tried a few different modes but its the same issue.

Any ideas?

Have you tried unistalling and reinstalling the game, or doing a hard reset of your XB1?
