I Can’t sign into Xbox due to an error with my microsoft account. All it tells me is to sign into my account on a browser to fix it. There’s nothing wrong with my account as far as I can see, but I still cannot sign in. When I hit “sign in” I get the following message:
Something went wrong
There is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I cannot get ahold of anyone at microsoft for support, and I’m currently at a loss.
