Can't Sign In With Xbox Account

I am trying to sign in with the email address associated with my Master Chief Collection game on PC and my 360. Every time I try to sign on I get an “Authentication Error” message and it says “something went wrong on our end” and to “try again.” Trying again never works. All of my stats are on that account. Does anyone know why this is happening? I was able to sign in with the new account I made just now without any problem.

Can you try signing into Xbox.come with that email and password and see if it works? You’ll probably need to reach out to Xbox Live support if it’s something related to your account

Yes, I can access xbox.com. I will try that. Thanks for the response.

So I have the halo channel app for IOS and I cannot sign into it. I can access my Xbox account through Xbox console, the Xbox site through the store, and the Xbox apps on my phone.

same issue, cant use halo channel app get xbox live account error. talked to support and they where completely useless, had me restart my phone twice and uninstall app and reinstall twice… anyone have a fix for this, would be greatly appreciated

I’m having the same issue too ! Have been for months now with the app and no answer.

Third on this issue. Works every where but iOS.

Same issue here I have full access to my Xbox account everywhere else but can’t sign in to the halo channel app on iOS

Another one to add to the pile. I can sign in anywhere with my Microsoft credentials except this app on iOS.
