When I press X in the menu I can’t see any of my friends, neither online ones nor offline. But I can see all the members of my Spartan Company. Does anyone have the same issue and how can I fix this? I don’t want to try reinstalling the whole game.
Have you tried doing a hard reset of your console? That generally helps to clear up most issues.

How can I hard reset it? Will anything be lost?
No you won’t lose anything, busy it just clears the cache in your Xbox. Hold in the power button until your machine switches off then unplug the power brick. Wait a minute them turn everything back on again
