Hi, we are having the same issue but no answer from 343i. We just discovered it is because some sort of bug. We believe the problem is for not USA players like me. You can change the settings of the console, put it in USA english, and it should be fine. I am playing in Spanish, I have the same problem as you. Switching to english make it go away. Dunno why… Guess 343i is only testing USA version for the updates or something.

Are you spanish too? Haha why 343i dont listen and dont solve the bugs of the spanish version? XD the translation of the “arena req pack bundle” is in portuguese, not spanish! So many bugs…
