Hey guys. I’m not sure if this is the proper forum to ask about this but I’ve been attempting to look at my Master Chief Collection service record for a few days now and it won’t load. The other games load just fine, this is the only one that messes up. Thought it was just the site messing up for a day or two, but none of my friends are having the same problem. Any ideas what the problem could be?
I am unsure of what the problem could be, but I figured I would chime in to say that I have been having the same issue for several days now. I am able to view my service record for Halo title except for The Master Chief Collection. Every time I select MCC, I am directed to a page that states:
PROBLEM DETECTED
Well, this is embarrassing. Looks like we have some problems on our end.

I really hope this is resolved soon, as Halo Waypoint is typically how I view my campaign statistics and I’m still working towards shaving off some time for the 3-hour legendary completion achievements.
I too am the same issue. Could be some server maintenance we were not told about, or possibly another bug.
Having the exact same issue, I can load other peoples mcc service records but not my own and I have tried to load accounts in this thread and none of yours work either, this has to be some kind of glitch, there were glitches with the original leaderboards before and the site was updated and fixed so lets hope someone sees this and fixes it.
If this is not fixed I might have to write off my 3 hour achievements all together now 
How can I set legendary times to a service record I cant see?
Well, I’m glad I’m not the only one. Sucks we’re all experiencing it, though. With no official support thread it’s tough to get answers for this kind of stuff. I’m also working on the speed runs. This makes it a bit more annoying to look at all of my times.
Hmm, this no longer seems like maintenance. It has been a couple days and I hope someone from the forum team is looking into this. I think this service record issue is the reason why my Halo 2 monopolized achievement isn’t unlocking. Hopefuly it will be remedied soon.
I am finally able to view my service record for The Master Chief Collection again. I’m not sure what time it was fixed, but when I tried again this evening it did miraculously work. Hopefully it is functioning for all of you as well!
