Can't search games (PC matchmaking)

When I search for games after a few seconds it just backs out to the lobby.

Additionally when I ping the game servers I get “request timed out” i.e. in cmd:

Alright, figured out the problem. I was blocking SEA server (pfmsqosprod.southeastasia.cloudapp.azure.com). Turns out you can’t do this and force Australia server… sucks… guess I’ll play with 150ping.
