I do not know the reason for this, but one possible reason is that my computer does not have separate page up and page down buttons. Those buttons are the same as the 9 and 3 on my keypad. However, It doesn’t matter if my numlock key is on or off, I cannot get the pages to advance. Just in case something weird was going on, I tried literally every key on my keyboard, and none allowed me to go to the next page of the Datapad. No matter what, I can only read the first page.
I’m having the same issue. No matter what key combo I press it won’t do anything.
