So I have been wanting to make a machinema for quite some time, and just recently decided to quit sitting around thinking about it and just do it. So I boot up Halo 4, start running around like an idiot, then I proceed to the theater so I can edit the film and save it. Now that I’ve done that, I save it to my file share and go into Waypoint to get it on my PC for editing. Only problem is it seems I am not allowed to download films, though screenshots are all available for download. So, I go on Google and root around for, oh, I don’t know, 4 hours maybe? And to no avail. Still haven’t found any solution that isn’t along the lines of “go buy a capture card you scrub”. I can understand if this is to protect users from having their gameplay footage stolen etc, but if this is a legitimate error I would very much appreciate a solution. Thank you all for your time!
